    Skimming is using “Multi” to apply two thin coats of plaster to your walls, giving immaculate, bold & sharp lines and can be applied to any angles. once dry it leaves the iconic pinkish walls ready for painting and decorating.

    Rendering

    Rendering whether its external or internal, creates a waterproof finish to prevent weather damage to the fabric of the building or can be used to mitigate any damp problems. External render can be applied to brickwork or block giving the tired walls of your house a brand new look, which you can then paint on.

    I’m very creative with rejuvenating old properties e.g. Victorian/Georgian properties. Nothing is impossible - I can create anything, from awkward angles on curved and rolled ceilings to exterior round angles created freehand to maintain the character of the building.

    Repair work & Problem Solving

    Flooded and damaged ceilings can be safely taken down, reboarded and skimmed. Sometimes where possible it could just need carefully cutting out the damaged put extra timbers up.to support the weaknesses replace with new plasterboard and reskim throughout. I can assess the damage and implications of choosing either option once seeing the problem. After 20 years of experience I can normally see the right solution and fix the problem right away.
